• 1 medium-sized fuji apple (or whichever apple you prefer)
  • 1 10-12 inch stalk of celery, leaves removed
  • thumb-sized piece of sugar beet, peeled
  • thumb-sized knob of ginger, peeled
  • thumb-sized knob of fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 1 carrot, leaves removed, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon of moringa leaves (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder

1. Push all ingredients (chopped) through a slow-rpm juicer (except cayenne pepper)

2. Mix Cayenne Pepper and drink asap
