  1. What is the Baron Method?

At Baron Method, we believe in the transformational healing power of food. We believe that if you properly learn how to consume food, when to consume food, and what type of food to consume, your health will be nearly indestructible.

Baron Method recognizes that each individual is unique, so programs are tailor-fit according to the needs of each person.

Baron Method implements close relational-monitoring for each client to make sure the method is at its best possible efficacy at all times.

  1. What makes Baron Method different from other “diets” and nutrition programs?

Not a Fad Diet – It’s a Lifestyle Upgrade. It teaches individuals to live and eat healthy, but not to deprive themselves. Encourages a change in mind set that can be carried through the rest of their lives.

It’s not just about the Calories – It’s about the Quality. We believe that what you consume is healthy and good for you, quantity should not be an issue. Knowledge about the food you take, which you will obtain while on the program, helps you make informed choices. Being hungry is never part of the equation.

  1. Who is the man behind the method?

Harvie’s Sports Nutrition knowledge came from a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from Oxford College with high distinction. The practice evolved and became a source for nutrition information not just for athletes but for anyone who wanted to improve their quality of life. Harvie also holds a Certificate III in Fitness from the Australian Fitness Network.

  1. Who can undergo the program? Are there any restrictions?

The Baron Method is for anyone who would like to get nutritional coaching for sustainability, long-term health improvements and to improve their quality of life.

As each individual is unique, so our programs are tailor-fit to work according to the needs of each person enrolled in the method. We have clients who have cancer, diabetes, ADHD, and other health concerns. Working together with their doctors, we are proud to say that we have yielded great results with them.

  1. What are the inclusions of the Baron Method service?

Baron Method is an intensive 6-month nutritional coaching program. During the 6-month period, each individual gets:
Fortnightly face-to-face consults for 6 months*
Highly personalized eating plan based on the following:

– Your current state of health
– Your existing lifestyle
– Your daily schedule

Regular follow-up text messages (for patients in the Philippines) or Viber/What’s App message (for patients outside the Philippines)

– Pantry/Kitchen intervention
– Supermarket learning trips

Program Manual:

– 100+ easy to follow recipes with readily available ingredients at the local grocery stores
– Recommended tools and appliances list
– Personalized Micronutrient (vitamins and supplements) recommendations
– Eating tips for travel
– Eating tips for eating out

E-mail and text support

  1. Does Baron Method deliver food?

The Baron Method does not deliver food. We educate our clients by sharing localized recipes that you can recreate in your own home. We help you identify which ingredients to use, the proper way of preparation, and how each dish is supposed to be cooked. Part of our unique service also teaches one to understand labels and know what to get and what to avoid.

  1. Will I be able to participate in the program despite my hectic schedule?

The Baron Method will customize a program that will revolve around your lifestyle. We will tweak it in a way that will allow you to do your day-to-day activities while being able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Will I still be able to enjoy eating the food I like?

Absolutely. In the method, we have reversed engineered food favorites so you do not feel deprived. We also have cheat days when we allow you to have certain indulgences.

  1. Is exercise part of the program?

Exercise is definitely encouraged as it promotes better health. However, exercise doesn’t mean having to slave over strenuous workout habits. It can be as light as doing a simple physical activity such as walking or jogging.

  1. Will I be able to sustain the Baron Method lifestyle even after the period of consultation?

We at the Baron Method like to say that you never actually graduate from our program. Our specialized program is designed with the goal of our clients being able to live great in the long-run. This is why we created easy-to-follow recipes and our manual to make the Baron Method lifestyle sustainable for our clients.
